Note: A 16-yard dumpster may be substituted for a 12-yard at the same rate if 12-yard units are unavailable.
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing below, the Customer agrees to the following terms:
- The dumpster will only be used for materials approved at the time of rental.
- Any unauthorized material may result in additional charges (see Section 4).
- Daily extension fee after 2-day standard rental: $15/day.
- Out of Service Area Fee – $4.00/Mile
- Overweight fees: $65/ton over 2 tons.
- A reservation fee of $25 is required and applied toward the total cost.
- Improper use, dry runs, or after-hours pickups may result in additional fees.
- No prohibited items (see full list in Section 4).
- Customer is responsible for placement surface protection and safe use.
- No movement or relocation of the dumpster after delivery.
- Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Charges for overweight, unauthorized items, or extended use will be billed to the card on file.
4. PROHIBITED & UNAUTHORIZED MATERIALS

| Hazardous Waste | Pesticides, solvents, chemical drums | $250 minimum |
| Freon-Containing Appliances | Refrigerators, A/C units | $75 per item |
| Medical Waste (e.g., sharps) | Bio-hazardous items | $500 penalty |
| Concrete/Brick/Dirt (unapproved) | Must be pre-authorized | $100 minimum |
5. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, you authorize Just Haul It to keep your credit card on file and charge it for any applicable fees per this agreement.
6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer assumes full responsibility for all contents and for any damage or misuse. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Just Haul It from any liability arising from breach of this agreement or improper use.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Just Haul It Dumpster Rental Terms of Service.
