Welcome to Just Haul It (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your(“Customer”) access to and use of our junk removal services, and dumpster rentals. Including scheduling, pick-up, removal, and disposal (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Junk Removal Services
1. Services Offered
Just Haul It provides junk removal services to residential, commercial, and construction clients in Archer, Florida, and surrounding areas. Our services may include:
- On-site junk pickup and removal
- Recycling or donation of eligible items
- Responsible disposal of non-recyclable materials
- Heavy lifting and basic clean-up (if arranged in advance)
We reserve the right to decline the removal of any items deemed hazardous, illegal, or beyond the scope of our services.
2. Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate details about the junk to be removed
- Ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the pickup location
- Being present during the scheduled time, unless prior arrangements are made
If we cannot access the site or complete the removal due to incorrect information or lack of access, a service fee may still be charged.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on volume, Item, weight, labor involved, and/or your specific location. You will receive an on-site estimate before work begins. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person assessment and is due prior to the start of service.
Payments:
- Full payment is due upon Agreement of service
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or digital payment (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Cash app, Zelle)
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a minimum fee of $25. No-shows will be charged the minimum service fee.
5. Prohibited Items
Just Haul It does not remove:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paint, asbestos)
- Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
- Medical or biological waste
- Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law
Please inform us ahead of time if you have any questionable items. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
6. Liability and Damages
While we take care during removal, Just Haul It is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to your property
- Damage resulting from unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Personal items left near junk piles that are removed by mistake
You agree to release us from liability for any damages unless they result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a customer:
- Behaves in a hostile, abusive, or unsafe manner
- Provides false or misleading information
- Requests illegal or unsafe services
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to our website or communicated to you directly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alachua County, Florida.
Dumpster Rental
Upon renting a dumpster, the customer must specify the intended type of waste material to be disposed of. By doing so, the customer agrees to use the dumpster exclusively for the declared contents. If any unauthorized or additional materials are found in the dumpster upon collection or inspection, the customer acknowledges and agrees that additional charges will apply. These charges will be invoiced and are due immediately upon notice.
To the conditions listed below and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida in effect at the time of reading and accepting this agreement. Just Haul It, DBA (referred to as “We” or “Us”) agrees to provide the “Customer” with non-Hazardous solid waste and/or organic material collection, transportation, disposal and recycling services.
1. Dumpster Sizes Available
12-Yard Dumpster
- Ideal for small remodeling projects, garage clean-outs, or yard debris.
- Capacity: Approximately 4.5 pickup truck loads.
16-Yard Dumpster
- Suitable for medium renovation jobs, roofing projects, or estate clean-outs.
- Capacity: Approximately 6 pickup truck loads.
2. Rental Period & Fees
- Standard rental period: 2 Days
- Daily Extension Fee: $15/day after the initial rental period.
- Overweight Fees: Charged if dumpster exceeds weight limits.
- 12-Yard Dumpster: 2 tons included with rental. Additional $65 per ton for any overage.
- 16-Yard Dumpster: 2 tons included with rental. Additional $65 per ton for any overage.
- After Hours Fee: We strive to accommodate the needs of our customers by offering extended service hours when possible. After-hours service fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific requirements of each customer. Please let us know your preferred date and time for service, and we will confirm availability along with the applicable fee, if we are able to accommodate your request.
- Dry Run Fee: $50 will be charged to the customer if “We” attempt a pickup and must leave and come back in order to complete the pick-up for any reason non related to an issue on “Our” end. This includes but is not limited to an over filled or blocked dumpster that is not ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. “We” must be notified by phone at least 2 hours ahead of the scheduled pickup time if the dumpster will not be ready at the agreed upon pickup time. An additional fee at the daily rate may apply, and the “Customer” will be notified at that time if that is the case.
- Improper Use Fee: If “We” must remove any materials due to overfilling, or unauthorized materials in the dumpster at the time of pickup, the “Customer” will incur a fee at the rate of $125 Per hour, until all materials are removed to meet the agreed upon requirements.
- Reservation Fee: $25 will be charged to the “Customer” at the time of scheduling service. This fee is included in the flat rate fee and will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of drop off.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a minimum fee of $25.
3. Delivery & Pickup
- Dumpsters will be delivered and placed as close to the requested location as possible.
- Do not move the dumpster once placed.
- Debris must not exceed the top of the dumpster (fill line must not be exceeded).
- Clear access is required for pickup; additional fees may apply if access is blocked.
4. Prohibited and Unauthorized Materials
Disposal of certain items is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized materials are found in the dumpster, additional fees will apply and legal responsibility may be transferred to the renter.

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure a clear, accessible area for delivery and pickup.
- Avoid overloading the dumpster or placing items above the top rim.
- Do not place prohibited or unauthorized materials inside the dumpster.
- Take steps to protect driveway or placement surface (plywood, boards, etc.).
- Customer assumes responsibility for all contents and potential overage or contamination fees.
6. Liability & Indemnification
The renter assumes full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and for any damages caused by misuse. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Just Haul It from any claims, fines, damages, or penalties resulting from breach of this agreement or improper use.
7. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is due at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No refunds will be given for early pickup or under-use of dumpster space.
- Charges for overweight loads, unauthorized materials, or extended rental will be applied to the payment method on file.
8. Credit Card Authorization
By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to keep your card on file and to charge it for any applicable fees, including but not limited to additional services, late payments, or other charges incurred under this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Heavy Materials:
Asphalt, gravel, rock, brick, block, concrete, metal, dirt, grass, sod, and natural materials collected from the ground. Has a restriction of 6-yard capacity only. This is due to weight limit restrictions. Overfilled Dumpsters: “Customer” agrees not to over-fill the dumpster beyond the halfway point of the dumpster, which will be pointed out to the “Customer” at the time of dumpster delivery. “We” reserve the right to refuse to pick up an over-filled dumpster. In order to avoid an improper use fee If the dumpster is over-filled, the “Customer” will be responsible for removing any materials necessary to meet the agreed upon requirements stated within.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By renting a dumpster from Just Haul It, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
